S.T.D.A. MISSION STATEMENT

 

SUDA Tactical Defense Association is a complete defensive tactics, self-protection, control, and combatives association. STDA is built on the premise of better preparing our service men and women to survive on the streets or in combat while providing a service to the people of our nation. We have assembled a great team of experts in the various fields of Law enforcement, Military, and self-protection to provide the most up to date defensive tactics instruction possible.
 
It is the mission of the STDA to provide training that will enhance the abilities of our police, security, and military personnel to readily and quickly allow them to adapt to our ever changing society.
 
It is also our purpose to provide our service personnel with the proper tools to protect themselves in the line of duty as they service the people of this great nation.
 
The Association will conduct research into the most modern and effective forms of self-protection, defensive tactics, combatives , and compliance techniques available. The STDA will then tailor this information to the needs of the agencies in which it services.
 
The association will establish, evaluate, and constantly improve on the curricula that will aid in the duties of all officers and users.
 
STDA will provide certification courses on various subjects pertaining to law enforcement, security, and military training.
 
The Association will bring together experts from various fields and backgrounds who will assist in the process of creating the most comprehensive training material possible.
 
STDA will also track its success through an open line of communication with the various agencies in which it works with.
 
The Association will create and maintain an advisory board that will aid in keeping all of the training as real and up to date as possible. It will also insure that such training is in line with current laws and legislations.
